AG's for Florida, Virginia, and South Carolina will file suit against the Federal Governmnet. As soon as Obama signs the Health Care Reform Legislation into law. The legislation violates the Commerce Clause of the U.S. Constitution. Texas, Nebraska, Utah, North Dakota, South Dakota, Washington, Pennsylvania, Oklahoma and Alabama are expected to file suit as well.
