Amazing how all the couch safeties crawl out of the woodwork after an accident. Giving their opinions, stating OSHA standards on a media forum, or making allegations about companies and their safety officers. Yet these same couch safeties don't have the nerve to step up to become actual Safety Professionals. Cowards...go back and drive your desk and stay in the shade.
